UsHousingMeltdown.org provides users with access to certain resources that include a website and a forum (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service may also include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for UsHousingMeltdown.org to provide the Service.

g. negatively affect other users' ability to participate in the Services available herein;
i. obstruct the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
j. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
k. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
l. collect, mine and store personal data about other users.
You acknowledge that UsHousingMeltdown.org may or may not pre-screen Content, but that UsHousingMeltdown.org and its staff shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content and material that is available through its website or forums. Permitted usage
Users of our site are permitted and encouraged to forward articles, images, or features to others, provided that items forwarded are in the same condition and state as found on our website. Users are not permitted to modify or alter documents or images. Users are also permitted to download, print information found on this web site provided it is for personal use.
